 Refunds & Cancellations

-A $500 deposit is required to reserve your place at the retreat. Your place on the Retreat is secured once the payment has been received

-The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable 

-Balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date (December 22, 2024) unless otherwise noted or discussed

-Failure to pay balance by due date may forfeit your booking on the retreat and be treated as a cancellation

-If you cancel your place on the Retreat, payment will not be refunded

-If you need to withdraw from the Retreat for special circumstances such as a serious illness, injury, or any misfortune, you will unfortunately not be able to receive a refund

- Nikki nor the retreat center take responsibility for cancellation of flights or any transport booked to travel to the Retreat in Costa Rica and will not be held responsible for any refunds and charges incurred associated.

Payment Plans 

-Nikki is happy to offer a 4 month payment plan structure to help ensure the Retreat’s affordability. If you need a different payment plan Nikki is happy to discuss.

Force Majeure

-Nikki reserves the right to alter or amend the Retreat caused by circumstances beyond her reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, fires, floods, explosions, earthquakes, nuclear disasters, insurrection, riots, acts of terrorism, war, and acts of Government  (a “Force Majeure Event”). 

-In the case of a natural force majeure in which the Retreat cannot go ahead, the Retreat will be postponed to a time and location when it can proceed.

-No cash refunds will be issued.

Bad Conduct

-If a student needs to be removed from the training for bad conduct, no refunds will be issued. Harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the wellfare of fellow retreat attendees, the retreat center and the training overall is considered bad conduct.

Photography & Video

-Nikki and Françoise reserve the right to take photographs and videos during the Retreat. These could be used for marketing purposes. 

-If you would not like your likeness used in marketing materials, please notify Nikki prior to the retreat.
